OVERVIEW

Our most affordable 2.4GHz full range receiver with built-in telemetry, the Graupner GR-12L 6 Channel receiver is small sized and lightweight, lending itself very well for small park flyers, lightweight hand launch sailplanes, helicopters and multirotor. The ultra-low voltage requirements of the GR-12L allows it to operate on a single-cell LiPo making ideal for DLG gliders.

The GR-12L provides real-time bi-directional data transmission of critical system health information such as temperatures, receiver voltage and signal strength using the Graupner HoTT protocol providing you with telemetry information you need for a safe and secure flight.

Great little receivers

I love these little 6 channel receivers. Been using them for a couple of years now with no problems whatsoever in both smaller gas planes and a few electrics. Good value and reliability for the price.

This is an excellent receiver at a good price. I have more than one. I am using this model in both gliders and powered airplanes. Never a single problem. The built-in telemetry is great. Small and light. Highly recommended.

5 channels + telemetry

I received this receiver with my mz-24 radio. I only wish it was a true 6 channels receiver when using telemetry. I fly electric and I always use telemetry to monitor voltage of LiPo battery that powers my airplane. Channel 5 of this receiver is used for telemetry, so I am left with only five channels and that is not enough for my airplanes that have retractable gear and Flaps. Other than that it is a good receiver. I use it in my only airplane that has no flaps and no retractable gear. I took one star off because telemetry is on channel 5 instead of being on dedicated telemetry channel like it is on 8 channel receiver that also came with my transmitter. I received 4 receivers with my mz-24, and 3 of them have telemetry on channel 5, so I cannot use them on my other airplanes.

Great receiver! I use them in Quads, Sailplanes, and large foamy's like the Flex Innovations RV8 and C170. SUMD port makes it easy to interface with controllers! Recommend buyers upgrade to the latest firmware to make use of all the features!

GR12L Receiver

So far I have used this receiver in 3 park flyers. I have flown in small areas as well at our flying field with more space and have found the receiver to be flawless so far. I only have about 30 flights to date but happy with the performance thus far. Binding with the radio is simple and have yet to have any issues with range testing. The single antenna works well with park flyers but it would be pretty short if you are using in a larger plane trying to be away from other electronics. For my larger planes I have installed the dual antenna GR 16L but the GR12L would probably do the job.

Works perfectly!

I bought two of these to put in a bnf I bought and a small foamboard plane I built. They work perfectly. Six channels, passed range test, very responsive, no issues what so ever... What more could you ask for? Note that I use a Graupner MZ24 transmitter if that helps. Not sure if this is the best price you could get, but these are certainly not knock-offs, otherwise I'd roast them. Identical to the one that came *free* with my transmitter. Buy with confidence as long as you know what you are getting and what you need.I also used one for the PC interface to my simulator and it worked just fine. When 6 channels will do (throttle, aileron, rudder, elevator, then perhaps arm and flaps for the other two?) this one will meet your needs. Clear skies!

Hott systems are the best

Yes this receiver DOES support Sumo, Sumd. These are an incredible value for what they do with built in telemetry and ROCK SOLID link at longer distances then any other system ive used. I fly a Hott MZ24 and a MC32 and a Futaba 18MZ. I prefer the Hott systems to the Fasst/Fasstest system. The Hott systems have the longest range of any 2.4 system I've ever see or used. Also the Hott systems are very fast, they keep up with my thumbs no problem when flying competition level 3d heli flights, systems with 20ms total latency I can notice and feel the lag, with the Hott systems on 10ms its more then fast enough, you will feel no latency at all if your a world class 3d heli pilot. I'm totally in love with my MZ24 and MC32 Hott systems. Plus the 3GX receivers as flybarless units on my 600, 700 and 800 size helis and they are as good as any stand alone FBL unit, they fly as good as my GY750s.
